A weekly Discussion Circle and mini-workshop about Consent Culture, Conscious Sexuality/Relationship, and Sexual Energy Practice. Each session will combine a short “taster” workshop for 30-45 minutes, followed by 45-60 minutes of Sharing and Reflection on any matters of personal interest to the attendees related to these topics.

The mini-workshops will progress week-to-week from essential basics such as Conscious Communication and Consent Culture; to other aspects of personal sexual sovereignty and empowerment; to sexual energy cultivation for health and higher human development; to varied related topics such as the “Drama Triangle”, the “Wheel of Consent”, polyamory and practice partnerships, Initiation, and more.
The purpose of this initiative is to create more open, conscious, intentional spaces, where sexuality is safe, healthy, empowering and transcendent.

Neidan Gong is a Taoist system for strengthening the energetic body and fusing it with the physical body. It cultivates health and vitality, sexual empowerment, and higher human development.
​
Overlapping with Chi Gong, Kung Fu, and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Neidan utilizes posture, gentle movement, breathing, and visualization to enhance our awareness of the chi energy, greatly magnifying it, and storing it in the body. Neidan includes training the sexual energy (jing chi) with a host of practices known as the Taoist Tantra. The sexual energy can become a powerful force for higher human development using the techniques of Neidan Gong.

Classes focus on core Taoist practices such Inner Smile and 6 Healing Sounds, Healing Love, Iron Shirt Chi Gong, Microcosmic Orbit Meditation (Wudang style), Tan Tien Chi Gong, Cosmic Chi Gong.

This is a practical introductory workshop for men wishing to learn the sexual empowerment practices of Sexual Kung Fu and Neidan Chi Gong.
​
Specific techniques of guided breathing, muscular contraction, posture and visualization will be taught which when practiced consistently can enable a man to direct orgasmic energy upwards into the body, rather than always to ejaculate through sex.
​
The result is an extraordinary increase in sexual power and stamina, whole-body pleasure states, general vitality, and the awakening of higher human potentials. Techniques we will touch upon include:

A 4-hour intensive guiding participants in how to cultivate a relationship with the masculine and feminine energy within and around them. You will learn to magnify and enhance your sexual energy body, both individually and in a partner practice. Building stronger awareness of sexual polarity has a number of benefits for personal development and self-mastery.

Yanshuf and Freya have synthesized practices drawn from Taoist Inner Alchemy work, David Deida’s sexual polarity work, and Sexual Shamanism. We have crafted a workshop experience into a stirring, transformative encounter with your sexual energy body, and the expansive possibilities of sacred sexual partner practice.

Prior experience is not required. Experienced practitioners will also benefit from the creative integration in this workshop.

This workshop is focused on Taoist Chi Gong practices that are specifically selected to support the direct experience of the energy body.
​
Most New Age and ancient Eastern systems speak of the human subtle energy body and illustrate how it is fundamental to our being. There are several disciplines such as Yoga or acupuncture that use this knowledge for our benefit, but that do not necessarily include the direct experience of the energy body.
​
When we train ourselves to experience and work with our energy body directly, a new realm of possibilities opens up in our self-development and capacity to live fully. We will discuss practical applications of this awareness, including managing our psychoemotional state, keeping appropriate boundaries in interactions, energetic protection, and transmuting sexual energy.
